
Once buildings are constructed and individual spaces are leased and fit out for tenants, St. John's Property Management division becomes responsible for managing the buildings. This reference guide is designed for tenants as a quick index of names and phone numbers to call. Any questions you have regarding your tenancy with St. John Properties may be directed to the property manager assigned to your location. Interior Construction Questions
After the design team has finished designing your space, the Interior Construction department assumes responsibility for building it out-including permitting, construction, punch list items, and warranties.
