Edward St. John President Mr. St. John founded MIE Properties in 1971—the forerunner of today’s St. John Properties, Inc. As president, he oversees the development and management of the company’s commercial, retail, and residential portfolio. He is also active in a variety of community organizations, serving on the board of directors of the Maryland Science Center, the Economic Alliance of Greater Baltimore, the Johns Hopkins University Real Estate Institute, the BWI Business Partnership, the Baltimore County Planning Board, and the Anne Arundel County Economic Development Corporation. He holds a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Maryland and has pursued advanced studies in both management and business law.

Robert C. Becker Senior Vice President, Tenant Retention/Leasing Mr. Becker has been with St. John Properties since 1975, and is responsible for working with existing tenants to meet their space and growth needs within St. John Properties' Baltimore portfolio. A graduate of Loyola College in Maryland, he holds a degree in business administration. |

Maykrantz Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Mr. Maykrantz has been with St. John Properties since 1982 and is responsible for project financing, tax planning, and accounting functions. Steven W. Rasmussen Regional Partner, Colorado Mr. Rasmussen has been with MIE Properties, Inc., an affiliate of St. John Properties, since 1988. He is responsible for all of MIE's activities in Colorado. He holds an M.S. degree in real estate appraisal and investment analysis from the University of Wisconsin. |

Richard Williamson Senior Vice President, Leasing Mr. Williamson has been with St. John Properties since 1993 and is responsible for the leasing of more than nine million square feet of research and development/flex, office, and warehouse space. He manages the leasing department which is responsible for all St. John properties in Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Harford, Howard, and Prince George’s counties. Mr. Williamson holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and an M.B.A. from the University of Baltimore. |
