January 3, 2012 – St. John Properties, Inc. leased more than 16,000 square feet of additional space at Ashburn Technology Park with the expansion of Brimtek, which nearly doubled its existing lease to approximately 11,000 square feet of space, coupled with the Dulles Association of Realtors signing a 6,000 square foot lease.
